The MBHC is geared towards fitness and health of both body and mind.</p> <p>The Club membership offers include warming up equipment and body pumping weights. Sauna, shower and changing room is offered for the patrons to cool down, relax and depart fresh. </p> <p>Programmes conducted at the club include yoga classes, an Indian originated form of medication, which enhances oneself towards a physical, mental and spiritual discipline. Martial arts classes are focussed to attain personal fitness through self defence techniques using all parts of the body. Private aerobics sessions are arranged at MBHC.</p> <p><strong>Maafushi Island Picnic</strong><br /> The capital of Maldives, Male’ is located in Kaafu atoll. Maafushi is the administrative capital of Kaafu atoll. It is a beautiful island where you could see the local culture, handicrafts, local food and do a little tourist shopping or mingle with the friendly inhabitants.</p> <p>The island population just exceeds 2500 people (year2010) and there are guest houses where you could stay over night. A boat ferry is operated daily except for fridays, which would take 1hr 45mins to reach the island. You could walk by the lagoon to an uninhabited small island nearby called “Vah Maafushi” where turtles lay eggs and birds make nests, if your are lucky you might be able to witness it.</p> <p><strong>Airport Bar & swimming pool visit</strong><br /> Airport is nearby and facilitated with a liquor bar and swimming pool. Although sale of alcohol is prohibited in the capital island, you may take a 10 minutes boat trip to enjoy couple of drinks. Pre-arrangement is required for the use of swimming pool.</p> <p><strong>Night Fishing Trip</strong><br /> Deep sea fishing by the reef with bait and line. Fishing is said to be best close to full moon nights. You sail out late in the afternoon in a Dhoni – local boat, anchor near a reef where you may try your luck with reef fishes like Garoupa, Barakuda or Red Snapper. You come back late in to the evening after a memorable fishing trip under the starry sky. Dinner on the boat may be arranged on request.</p> <p><strong>Sightseeing at Male’</strong><br /> You may tour around the capital town, visit interesting historical places, do some souvenir shopping, treat yourself at a Kurumba gadiya with refreshingly fresh Young Coconut drink, dine out or go out for a movie.</p> <p><strong>Trip to Vilingili island</strong><br /> Vilingili island is one of the most peaceful districts of the Capital. This is an environment conscious island where private cars and motorbikes are prohibited. A boat ferry ride of 7 minutes would take you to the island.</p> <p><strong>Trip to Hulhumale’ island</strong><br /> this island is a totally reclaimed land from shallow lagoon and is being developed futuristically as the biggest commercial capital of the Maldives.</p> <p><strong>Conferencing Services</strong><br /> Conferencing services accomodate for holding small conferences, board meetings, seminars, workshops, wedding or birthday parties or any such function that you require.
